On making a booking your will be asked to create a profile on the Jane App software. This is our booking and charting software that is encrypted to the legal standards for privacy required in Canada for health care providers. Please take a moment to create a profile and fill out your pre-screening information, when requested, as this will help make your appointment run more smoothly. Once you have a profile set up you will be able to book or reschedule appointments online at any time.

We require a credit card to book any appointment. The credit card information will be kept securely within the software and used in the event of a late cancellation or no show. 

Please cancel appointments online at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity for the clinician to fill the appointment window from the wait list. If your appointment is not cancelled with sufficient notice, or you do not show up to an appointment, including consultation or follow up, your card will be charged for the amount of $150. 

Artistry Injections is located at 13207 - 112 Avenue. Street parking is available in front of the building. Once you have arrived, just open the door to your home for injections. Remove your coat, kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable in the lounge area. Don't be shy!  I will be with you at your designated appointment time.

Availability varies on day and time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able to treat you in the allotted time frame. You may be charged a $50 fee to reschedule your appointment.
