BOOKING POLICY

When booking your first appointment, you’ll be prompted to create a secure profile through Jane, our Canadian healthcare-compliant booking and charting software. This encrypted platform protects your privacy and allows for seamless communication and care.

Please take a few moments to complete your profile and any requested pre-screening forms in advance this ensures your visit runs smoothly and allows us to focus fully on your care. Once set up, you’ll be able to book or reschedule appointments online at your convenience.

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your information is stored safely within the Jane system and will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy in the event of a missed or late-cancelled appointment.

Please cancel appointments online with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows time to offer the appointment to someone on the waitlist. Appointments that are missed, canceled late, or unattended including consultations and follow-ups will be subject to a $150 fee.

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINMENT

Artistry Injections is located at 13207 - 112 Avenue. Street parking is available in front of the building. Once you have arrived, just open the door to your home for injections. Remove your coat, kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable in the lounge area. Don't be shy! I will be with you at your designated appointment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I may not be able to treat you in the allotted time frame. You may be charged a $50 fee to reschedule your appointment.
